Sara McCrea

Sara McCrea (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based writer and audio producer from Boulder, Colorado. Her work often explores cultural histories, and she is interested in how narratives shape our relationships with nonhuman environments.

Recently, she wrote and produced Pushkin Industries’ McCartney: A Life in Lyrics, and she has helped make podcasts on topics ranging from poetry to AI ethics to the cognitive science of change.

She is a 2021 graduate of Wesleyan University, where she studied interdisciplinary humanities, and a current scholar in the New School of the Anthropocene.
